LUTCHER — The Festival of the Bonfires is seeking young ladies between the ages of 13 and 23 to participate in the 27th Annual Festival of the Bonfires Pageant.

The Miss Festival of the Bonfires XXVII and Teen Miss Festival of the Bonfires XVIII Pageant will be held at 6 p.m. Nov. 26 at Lutcher High School.

Contestants in this year’s Teen division must be between the ages of 13 and 17 as of Nov. 26. Participants vying for the title of Miss Festival of the Bonfires must be between 18 and 23 as of Nov. 26.

All contestants must be residents of St. James or St. John Parishes.

The deadline for entry is Nov. 6. A mandatory meeting will be held at 3 p.m. Nov. 6 at the Creole House. All entry forms will be filled out, contracts will be signed and pictures will be taken Nov. 6.
