LAPLACE — Realtors from across the River Parishes have the opportunity to win prizes with game winnings as part of Casino Royale themed Realtor Appreciation Day.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 8 at Louisiana Federal Credit Union Training Center, 406 E. Airline Highway in LaPlace.

All River Parishes realtors are welcome.

The festivities start with an accredited 2-hour CE course at 9 a.m. (Real Estate Technology: Keeping Up with the Times) for $10 per person.

A free, one-hour non-accredited course starts at 11 a.m. (Understanding Real Estate Photography).

A complementary lunch follows the education courses, as well as casino games. Organizers said realtors have the opportunity to win prizes with their winnings.

Sponsors Louisiana Federal Credit Union, Power Mortgage and Regions are helping put on the event.
