Photo Feature: RA performs well at District Literary Rally

- Numerous Riverside Academy students participated in and placed at the District Literary Rally at Nicholls State University. They include Hoa Nguyen, Advanced Math Pre-Calculus, 2nd Place; Amber Hotard, Biology I, 2nd Place; Lea Champagne, Chemistry, 2nd Place; Trent Scioneaux, Civics, 2nd Place; Ann Rome, English II, 2nd Place; Cameron Cook, English III, 2nd Place; Peyton Cashio, English IV, 2nd Place; Jennifer LeGeaux, Fine Arts Survey, 2nd Place; Garrett Anders, Food & Nutrition, 2nd Place; Mason Scioneaux, French II, 2nd Place; Reece Bordelon, Spanish II, 2nd Place; James Perilloux Jr., U.S. History, 2nd Place; Huy Nguyen, Adv. Math Functions & Statistics, 1st Place; M’Kayla Hutchinson, French I, 1st Place; Brennan Guidry, Geometry, 1st Place; Malaysia Glover, Journalism, 1st Place; Colton Mollere, Principles of Business, 1st Place; Colton Duhon, Psychology, 1st Place; Lindsay Noyes, Spanish, 1st Place; and Christian Vicknair, World Geography, 1st Place. MacKenzie Saucier-Meyer scored a Superior rating on her Interpretive Reading speech. These students will now advance to the State Literary Rally, which takes place today (April 16) at Louisiana State University.
