River Region Chamber of Commerce supporters joined owner and operator Ann Harvey Thursday morning for a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration at The Testing Center, 618 Belle Terre Blvd., Suite C in LaPlace. Harvey said the business is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each Saturday, adding she is looking to expand her days of operation. The venue acts a high stakes testing center where employers contract with testing companies to have applicants take part in business testing. For more information, call 985-651-0014.
