- ArcelorMittal’s General Manager Ray Hawkins and HR/LR Manager Kristin Barney present a $9,935 check to Campus Dean Penelope Freeman and Industrial Maintenance Millwright Department Head and Instructor James S. Oubre Jr. ArcelorMittal made the donation to the SCL Technical College Foundation through their University Funding Program to support of the Industrial Maintenance Millwright Technology program.
