Photo Feature: Valero donates $570,000 to children’s charities

- Local children’s charities recently received $570,000 from employees of the Valero St. Charles Refinery, who raised the funds through sponsorship of the 2015 Valero Texas Open and Benefit for Children in San Antonio. The theme of the check presentation, held at the Crowne Plaza in Kenner, was ‘The Wizard of Oz.’
