Dennis running for St. John District 3 seat

RESERVE — Lionel Dennis of Reserve announced he is running for St. John the Baptist Parish Council District 3 seat.

As a lifelong resident of St. John the Baptist Parish, he said he is going to work hard to make District 3 a great place to live, work and raise a family.
“I will support the administration for the benefit of all the people of the community,” Dennis said. “I will treat with respect the rights of all members of the Council despite the difference of opinions.”
Dennis is a graduate of the Leon Godchaux High School class of 1976.
He attended River Parish Vo-Tech and New Orleans Local Pipe Trade.
He has been a member of Plumber and Steamfitters Local 60 Union for 35 years and is a member of Zion Travelers Missionary Baptist Church.
“I will make myself available to all the residents of District 3,” Dennis said. “I look forward to working for you and with you.”
