- Members of the St. John the Baptist Parish Office of Fire Services recently placed first in the Louisiana State Firemen’s Association 2015 Competitive Drills competition. The win is the second consecutive victory for the team. Cain Dufrene, Chief of Operations for St. John Fire Services, said participating in competitive events encourages fire personnel to discover and train on new fire-fighting strategies and helps to improve response to real-life situations.
