FOLKS Tiger and Danielle Folks of Franklinton have announced the birth of their daughter, Harley Mae Folks, born Nov. 17 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital inCovington.

The baby weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 19 1/2 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Terry and Diane Dufour of LaPlace. Paternalgrandparent is Jean Folks of Mt. Hermon and the late Jim Folks.Maternal great-grandmother is Louquettie Burch of Mt. Hermon.Harley’s godparents are Shawn Messina of Hammond and Jay Fontenot of Franklinton.

WARREN D’Andre’ ReShard Warren was born Nov. 12 at 3:05 p.m. Ochnser Hospital. Heweighed 6 pounds, 4.2 ounces and measured 20 inches long.His parents are Marchand and Donald Warren of Reserve.

Maternal grandparents are Roland and Mildred Adams of Vacherie. Paternalgrandparents are Martha Warren and the late Ezekiel Warren.
