Maternal grandparents are Farol and Madeleine Clement of Reserve.

Paternal grandparents are Charles Anderson of Baton Rouge and Janet Anderson of Greenwell Springs, La.

CLOUGHESSY

Zoe Alexa Cloughessy was born Oct. 28 at 2:39 p.m. at East JeffersonHospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 20 inches long. Sheis the daughter of Brandy Hinchman of Norco and Neil Cloughessy of Tenino, Washington and the sister of Rene Michael Perry.

Maternal grandparents are Paul and Debra Hinchman of Norco. Paternalgrandparents are the late Dave and Doris Cloughessy of Washington.

FALCON

Emily Elizabeth Falcon was born Sept 1 at 9:45 p.m. at East JeffersonHospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 20 1/2 incheslong.

She is the daughter of Elaina Hinchman of Norco and Toby Falcon of LaPlace.

Maternal grandparents are Paul and Debra Hinchman of Norco. Paternalgrandparents are Tiger and Christy Falcon of LaPlace.
