CARTER Brittany Lynn Carter was born July 19 at 4:32 a.m. at River ParishesHospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 20 inches long. She is the daughter of Patricia and Todd Carter of Paulina.

Maternal grandparents are Catherine and Bruce Carter Sr. of Lutcher.Paternal grandparents are Rhonda Richie Hymel of Paulina and Larry Carter of Perkinson, Miss.
