RESERVE – A 93-year-old Reserve man was the victim of a home invasion Easter Sunday morning.

The man, who lives in the 100 block of East 14th St. in Reserve, told St. Johnthe Baptist Parish sheriff’s deputies a black male dressed all in black with a mask came into his home and pulled a gun on him.

Capt. Michael Tregre of the sheriff’s office said, “The man doesn’t know howthe perpetrator got into his house. He was just there.”Tregre said there was no evidence of a forced entry.

The armed robber tied up the elderly man with strips of cloth and stole money out of his wallet before making his getaway.
