Frisco Fest’s top chefs named

GARYVILLE — A Chef’s Choice Cook Off Contest was held on Sunday, May 22nd in conjunction with San Francisco Plantation’s recent Frisco Fest.

Seventeen great cooks participated in the seafood, meat and appetizer categories. Seven entries were submitted for the dessert category. Mickey Lemoine’s Crawfish Bisque won the Judges’ Overall Selection and People’s Choice Award. The other winners were as follows:
