NORCO – A Norco man was arrested Thursday after he was allegedly observed walking completely nude in the middle of Mary Street, according to St. Charles Sheriff Greg Champagne.

Christopher Coll, 46, 1016 First St., Lot 10, was booked June 22 with obscenity after a local resident allegedly witnessed Coll strolling nude through the Mary Street area that morning.

Sheriff Champagne declined to comment on whether Coll might be the same man who exposed himself on June 7 to a woman jogging in Norco near the 600 block of West Pine St. Several similar incidents of a man flashing have occurred in the two weeks since.

Although Champagne could not confirm if the rash of flashings in St. Charles were related, he did say that Coll fits the general description given by other eyewitnesses, but has his primary focus, for the time being, on this case.

&#8220I’m happy we got this guy off the street at least,” Champagne said.

Coll is being held at the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center with bond set at $40,000 by Judge Robert Chaisson.
