NAQUIN

PAULINA – Herman Joseph Naquin, 92, a native of Labadieville and a resident of Paulina, died May 28. He was the husband of the late Ruth Pettit Naquin.

He is survived by children Pat (Roy) Dicharry Sr. and Betty Jane &#8220Tony” (Earl) Millet.

He is also survived by sister Hazel Pettit St. Cyr, eight grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Abdon Naquin and Ludivine Gauthe and brothers Iven, Harold and Kenneth.

Services were held May 30 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, with interment in St. Joseph Mausoleum, Paulina.

TRICHE

RESERVE – Paul Triche, 88, a native and resident of Reserve, died May 24, he was the husband of the late Violet Hebert Triche.

He is survived by children Pauline (Poochie) and Marvin (Elaine) Triche.

He is also survived by siblings Alvin, Henry, Larry and Lawrence Triche, grandchildren Kim Strehile and Chet Triche and great-grandchildren Madison and Baron Strehile and Ceyenne Triche.

He was preceded in death by his parents Alcee and Eva Triche and a brother Roland Triche.

Services were held May 26 at St. Peter Catholic Church, Reserve, with interment in the church cemetery.

MILLET

LAPLACE – Gilbert &#8220Boe” Millet, 68, a native and resident of LaPlace, died May 27. He was the husband of Carolyn Hagg Millet.

He is survived by children David (Karen) Millet, Kenneth &#8220Doc” (Dawn) Millet, Sharon (Kent) Miano and Kathy Perret and Mark Millet.

He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents Charles (June) and Mabel Millet and siblings Betty June Vice, Michael Millet and James &#8220Toe” Millet.

Services were held May 30 at the Millet-Guidry Funeral Home Chapel, LaPlace, with interment in St. John Memorial Gardens Cemetery, LaPlace.
