LAPLACE—Local chefs have just one week to get their prized recipes to L’Observateur’s office.

So bust out that generations-old formula for the perfect stuffing or those mouth-watering cookies that always keep the kids coming back for more. Whatever it is that graces the holiday table every season and wows the family year after year. Now it’s your turn to wow us with those same recipes.

Not only will it be a source of pride for years to come, but you can win some great prizes, too.

This year, the first place winner will get a $150 gift certificate from Gregg’s Supermarket, second place will receive a $100 nod from Matherne’s and third place will get a $75 gift certificate from Bull’s Corner.
