St. Charles Parish Girl Scouts celebrated Girl Scouting’s 99th birthday on March 15 with a party in which they used recycled materials to make and play birthday and carnival games. In honor of the organization’s birthday, the Girl Scouts collected pet food and supplies for the Animal Shelter/Humane Society in St. Charles Parish as their event community service project.
