RUSTON – Louisiana Tech’s spring quarter commencement exercises were held recently, with diplomas awarded to 849 graduates.

Commencement marked the close of spring quarter activities at the university, with summer quarter classes to begin June 2.

Des Allemands – Chelsea Lee Brock, bachelor of interior design.

Destrehan – Gabrielle A. Gaspard, bachelor of fine arts studio, magna cum laude; Anthony Joseph Macaluso, bachelor of science construction engineering technology; Sarah Elizabeth Matthews, bachelor of fine arts communication design.

LaPlace – Timothy Glen Byrd, master of business administration; Daniel G. Desimone, bachelor of science electrical engineering; Steven A. Foster, bachelor of science, magna cum laude, U.S. Air Force.
