‘Leslie Castay . . . unscripted’ at St. John Theatre

LaPlace – The River Region Arts & Humanities Council is presenting local artist and LaPlace native Leslie Castay in an upcoming performance “Leslie Castay . . . unscripted.” Castay a Broadway actress (“Guys and Dolls,” “42nd Street,” “Beauty and the Beast”) and star of NOLA premiere of Grey Gardens, has agreed to repeat her critically acclaimed performance at the St. John Theatre, 115 W. Fourth St. (right off River Road), Reserve, on Friday, May 20. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the performance is at 7:30 p.m.
RRAHC invites members and the general public to purchase tickets. Tickets are $25 per person in advance and $28 at the door. Ticket purchase includes a complimentary glass of champagne before the performance. The St. John Theatre holds 500, so purchase tickets in advance.
