V.J. St. Pierre was re-elected parish president in St. Charles Parish with 62 percent of the vote.

In the Clerk of Court race, Lance Marino and Charlie Oubre Jr. will be in a runoff. Both received 39 percent, with Marino edging Oubre in votes, 6,092 to 6,036.

Tab Troxler was elected assessor with 59 percent of the vote.
