Oliver J. Troxler Jr. of Hahnville entered into eternal rest Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at 7:15 a.m.

He was the beloved husband of Edvidge Rogers Troxler, father of Janell, Ranell, Bonita, Ryan (Andrea), Dean, Jenainne (Denny), Errol and Scott Troxler (Melanie) and Jamie Freeland (Jim), son of the late Oliver J. Troxler Sr. and Consuelo Keller Troxler and brother of Elaine Foret, Mona Gassen, Shirley Barre, the late Vance Troxler and Joyce Keller. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial gathering was held Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, in the parlor of H.C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the charity of one’s choice. Condolences may be offered online at www. hcalexanderfuneralhome.com.
