Recently, St. Peter Chanel sponsored a Youth Bike- and Trike-A-Thon to benefit St. Vincent de Paul Society. Over 70 students participated in this community service project, raising nearly $2,500 and riding over 880 laps around the church and cemetery grounds. At Mass, Father Vincent compared the participants to St. Simon, the Zealot. He recognized their love and passion for Jesus in helping their fellow man in need.
