As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, St. John the Baptist Parish government, the Sheriff’s Office, St. John crime fighters, St. John the Baptist Parish Long Term Recovery Group, and faith-based organizations are partnering with Mercy Chefs Inc. to offer a meal of thanks for seniors and residents impacted by Hurricane Isaac.
Mercy Chefs, a non-profit organization that prepared meals following Hurricane Isaac, offered to prepare a meal of Thanksgiving for Hurricane Isaac victims.
Mercy Chefs is a faith-based charitable organization based in Portsmouth, Va. They are committed to providing high-quality, professionally prepared meals to victims, first responders and volunteers during natural disasters and national emergencies.
