The St. Charles Parish Pageant Festival Committee will hold its 55th annual pageant Sunday, Aug. 4, at 5:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart School in Norco. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $8. The theme for the pageant is “Winter Wonderland.”
