4H members from St. Joan of Arc Catholic School recently participated in a Pet Show at the Highway 51 park in LaPlace. Students competed in competitions with their pets. Competitions ranged from Fluffiest Pet to Best Trick. The participants from SJA (left to right) were Peyton Madere with his hen “Brownie,” Alicia Perilloux, 4H Sponsor, with Zaidain’s dog “Angel,” Riley Weber with his bunny “Gumdrop,” and Ashleigh Zaidain with her other dog “Snowflake.” Zaidain won Best Fashion and Best Trick with “Snowflake.”
