Students at Emily C. Watkins Elementary School participated in Read Across America Day. The students completed a Dr. Seuss poster and writing contest. Winners received a Dr. Seuss or chapter book and a pizza party.
In addition, all elementary students were able to wear their pajamas to school and middle school students wore red and white to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday.
