American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 383, in honor of Youth and Children’s month, presented the Youth Good Deed Award to Cyrel Jeff Locsin Rodrigazo. Cyrel has provided over 200 hours of community service. He gives of his time freely and abundantly in every age group from children to senior citizens.
ALA President Kathy Drum presented Cyrel’s Awards. Post Commander Allan Reynaud presided over the ceremony.
