Shelbi Mary Ory, 31, peacefully left this life on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Claude Maurin
Granier and Mary Helen Granier and her beloved Catahoula, Tick. She is survived by her loving mother Linda Granier Ory and father Matthew John Ory, sisters Natasha St.Pierre Clement, Shauna St.Pierre Fuselier, Chloe Alexandra Ory, brother Noah Matthew Ory, her loving boyfriend Thom Reed, grandparents Rodney Jude and Lynn Eve Ory, godparents Christopher Ory, Sr. and Carolyn Oncale, multiple uncles, aunts and cousins. The passion and conviction Shelbi put into her short time with us took her through periods of trials, as most young adults face, but also achieving many acclaimed hard work in the field of contract billing and data entry. Shelbi’s true self was unique and her beauty rested not only on the outside but truly within her. Those who had reached the exclusive honor to know her experienced true friendship and undeniable love. Her love for animals was known by all. Her ability to connect with them almost instantly was a wonder to watch. -Fly with the angels little one!
