Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Byerly was arrested on a warrant for the above mentioned charge. Through investigation, probable cause was found to charge Byerly with obstruction of justice.

CHGS: Reckless Operation with Accident, Possession of Marijuana, Unauthorized Entry of a Critical Infrastructure, DWI
Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies responded to a report of a vehicle entering a chemical plant without authorization and striking the rear of an eighteen-wheeler. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the driver of the vehicle, later identified as Kahin. Kahin was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest. During an inventory of the vehicle, deputies located marijuana. Kahin was charged accordingly.
