CHGS: Traffic, Hit and Run Driving with Serious Injury or Death, 29th JDC Attachment (2 Counts) Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Mitchell was arrested for a warrant on the above mentioned charges. The warrant alleges Mitchell was carelessly operating a dirt bike, hit a subject, and fled the scene. Mitchell was charged accordingly.
