1972- Harold Keller, chairman for the 1972-73 United Appeal fund drive which will begin October 1 in St. John the Baptist Parish, receives two checks from Mrs. George Lasseigne , chairman of a Century Club organized to recognize donors of $100 or more to the fund drive. Nine parish agencies, including the March of Dimes, Red Cross, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H Club, and FORD (Friendship Organization for Recreational Development) will participate in the united drive.
