Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies responded to a 911 call at the apartments on Lakewood Drive.  During the investigation deputies learned that Zachary and Mallory Granier were involved in an altercation, resulting in each committing a battery against the other.  Three children were present during the incident.  Both subjects were arrested accordingly.

Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Eugene was arrested for a warrant issued in relation to the above mentioned charge.  The warrant claimed that Eugene borrowed a vehicle from a friend and failed to return it. The vehicle was recovered and a warrant was issued for Eugene’s arrest.
