Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards announced that Louisiana will move into Phase Three beginning September 11.

Move information regarding restrictions will be outlined on Friday, September 11.

The governor reiterated that Louisiana is still number one in the nation for COVID and that it is still here and the safest place to be is at home.
