George Howard Lewis passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at the age of 61. He was a native of Opelousas, LA and a resident of LaPlace, LA.
Beloved husband of Cheryl Frase Lewis. Loving father of Michael Patrick Lewis. Son of the late Maxine Frazier Lewis and Chester Amos Lewis. Brother of Randy Chester Lewis and the late Peggy Diane Lewis.
