LAPLACE — The Riverlands SPCA is hosting Bark after Dark with the theme A Doggone Good Birthday Party at 7 p.m. on Oct. 25. The event will held at Petra Restaurant, located at 1036 W. Airline Highway in LaPlace.

Angela Hill will be the hostess of the evening and music will be performed by Secondhand Alibi.

There will be a silent auction, balloon blast, lots of nibbles, paws to shake and tails to tell. Help get a “leg up” on pet overpopulation and be a part of the solution. Adopt somebody. Fix everybody!

Each ticket purchased for $50 or included in a sponsorship includes 1 beer, 1 wine, or 1 well drink.
