RESERVE — Lennix W. Madere Jr. of Reserve officially announces his candidacy for Councilman-At-Large for District A in St. John the Baptist Parish.

“I have served as Councilman for District 3 for the past eight years,” Madere said. “Before and after my election I have always been responsive to the needs of my constituents.

“I am graduate of Southern University with a Bachelors Degree in Science and Art. I have a Masters Degree in Mass Communications and Broadcasting. I have loved dedicating my services to the people of St. John the Baptist Parish as District 3 Councilman and would like to continue serving the people in accomplishing the things that are important to them.”

Madere said his campaign would focus on a consistent government that will effectively benefit the citizens throughout St. John the Baptist Parish.

“I will continue to work hard to solve all of the issues that confront them every day to the best of my ability,” Madere said. “I am looking forward to hearing from the people of St. John, who can help guide me in representation of them in this parish.”
