Carol G. Tamplain

Carol G. Tamplain passed away at her residence on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019, at the age of 76.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and was a longtime resident of Garyville.
Carol was a parishioner of St. Hubert Catholic Church, she volunteered for the St. John Ministry of Care, was a member of the Divine Mercy Group and worked for the Census Bureau.
She was the beloved wife of the late David J. Tamplain; loving mother of Karen
Taylor (Greg) and Kathy Howard (Karen); stepmother of Cindy Tyner,
David Tamplain Jr. (Kathy), Raymond Tamplain (Paula) and the late
SonyaTamplain; and grandmother of Eric, Brandon, Aaron, Sean, Amanda,
Raymond Jr., Breanna, Blake, Cody, Amber, Shawn, Nichol and Melinda. Carol is also survived by many great grandchildren.
She is the daughter of the late Thomas and Muriel Bartlett Graf and sister of Patricia Scholtes (Rick).
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Monday,
Feb. 4 at St. Hubert Catholic Church, 176 Anthony F. Monica St. in Garyville.
Visitation begins at 10 a.m. in church.
Interment is in St. Peter Cemetery.
