HAHNVILLE – The St. Charles Parish Department of Parks and Recreation is excited to announce its partnership with Ochsner Performance Training to offer an All-Sports Easter Camp for children 7-13 years old, April 11 – April 13 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the West Bank Bridge Park Pavilion.

 

This camp is designed for children looking to get stronger, faster and improve their overall athleticism. The workouts will be coached and programmed by Certified Strength and Conditioning Professionals. Each workout will consist of the following sections: warm-up, speed and agility, plyometrics, strength training, core and conditioning, and flexibility. Additionally, athletes will learn proper sprinting techniques and how to properly change direction.

 

Registration is open through April 9 online. The cost is $90 per camper.
