LAPLACE—Rebecca Johnson Superintendent of St. John the Baptist Parish Public School was the guest speaker on March 21at the meeting of the Rotary Club of LaPlace.

 

Superintendent Johnson discussed the St. John Parish’s 5-year strategic plan to improve school grade ratings per State guidelines, testing scores, increased parental involvement, increased number of certified teachers, increased on-time graduation rate and overall improvement of the public school’s image.

 

St. John the Baptist Parish Public school is currently conducting a Stakeholder Input survey.
