 HAHNVILLE – The St. Charles Parish Department of Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the completion of its newest amenity, the Ashton Park Restroom Facility. Parish officials gathered on Tuesday, January 31, to celebrate this milestone adjacent to Ashton Plantation Boulevard in Luling. 

“The Ashton Park Development provides a much-needed restroom and extra comfort to those attending soccer games and recreation activities for our residents,” President Matthew Jewell said. “We are proud to have this addition as a part of our St. Charles Parish park amenities.” 

The Ashton Park Development project provides a public restroom facility to those attending soccer games or other recreational activities in Ashton Park. In addition to restrooms, the single-story building contains a storage area and a concession stand. 

The Department of Parks and Recreation maintains more than 50 parks and recreation facilities across St. Charles Parish, which booster clubs and leagues like St. Charles Soccer can use to promote a healthy quality of life for all St. Charles Parish residents. The St. Charles Soccer Club is a partner of the St. Charles Parish Parks and Recreation Department and has more than 700 players parish-wide.
