Two arrested by TPSO Narcotics agents for the suspected distribution and possession of Heroin.

39 Year-old Keith O’Neil Robertson of Hammond and 27 year-old Denham Springs resident Megan Elizabeth Rogers were taken into custody on Feb. 24, 2022, after agents observed what believed to be an illegal narcotics transaction.
The incident occurred in the parking lot of a business located on the east side of Hammond. After investigating the incident, agents seized approximately one half ounce of suspected methamphetamine, approximately one quarter ounce is suspected heroin, and approximately one quarter ounce of suspected marijuana from the subjects.
Consequently, Robertson was charged with Distribution of CDS I “heroin”, Possession with the intent to distribute CDS I “Heroin”, Possession with the intent to distribute CDS II, “Methamphetamine”, and Possession of CDS I “Marijuana” and Rogers was charged with Possession of CDS I “Heroin” and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Note: All those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.
