TPSO seeks public’s help with open cold cases

The Tangipahoa Sheriff’s Office is asking for help with cold cases that are currently open.
On July 10, 2015, Tangipahoa resident Claude Martin was the victim of a shooting that occurred on Center Street. Claude was only 30 years old when he was killed.
Currently, detectives have little information related to Claude’s case.

On September 22, 2014, someone shot and killed 37 year-old Arthur Tyler at a residence on Silo Rd. in the Town of Tanigpahoa.
Arthur was found in his front yard lying next to his vehicle. A witness saw two subjects running down the roadway away from his lifeless body.
Please help bring closure to Arthur’s family! In cases like this, it is believed someone has information related to these, however, are fearful to come forward. For this reason, the TPSO and many other law enforcement agencies partner with Crime Stoppers of Tangipahoa, Inc.
