Today the funeral service for former Governor Edwin Edwards was held at the Louisiana State Capitol in Baton Rouge. Deputies from the St. James Sheriff’s Office served as Honor Guards along with other law enforcement officers from across the state. Representatives from St. James were Sgt. Patrick Hall, Dty. Ebony Brown and Dty. Keaton Andrade.
