RESERVE — The public will have an opportunity to meet with St. John the Baptist Parish Library leaders and give input on the upcoming construction of a new Reserve Library at a community engagement session to be held at the Historic St. John Theatre in Reserve.

All members of the community are invited to attend the community engagement session, which will take place at 5:30 p.m. on June 22. There will be jambalaya and refreshments provided.

St. John Theatre President Sterling Snowdy said St. John Theatre is excited about the prospect of partnering with the new Reserve branch of the St. John Parish Library. The new library will serve to revitalize a section of the old River Road in Reserve.

“We look forward to many opportunities of interaction with our new neighbor. The possibilities are endless. It is an exciting time for Reserve,” Snowdy said.
