Jr. passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at the age of 77.  He was a native of Beeville, TX and a resident of LaPlace, LA.

Beloved husband of the late Victoria Casarez Munoz.  Loving father of JoAnn Gendron (Raymond), Junie Munoz (Teresa) and Alicia Ross (Mark), Edward Munoz (Cynthia), Geraldo Munoz (Tammy), Cesario Moya (Anna), Josie Moya and Avelardo Moya (Otilia).  Grandfather of Anthony, Anna, Heather, Alyssa, Marissa, Lil Edward, Gerald Jr., Carlos, Sadria, Cesario, Jose, Justin, Desiree, Emily, Clarissa, Jonathan, Joshua, Jessica, Jasei, Justine, Raymond III, Jenna Victoria and Ruben.  Great grandfather of Sophia, Gerald III, Gabriella, Trinity, Madison, Caleb, Andrew, Riko, Rebecca, Justine, Mallorie, Selena, Camille, Jayce, Dawson, Jupiter and Jailena and Olivia.  Son of the late Esmeregildo Munoz and Ramona Duarte Munoz.  Sister of Lucinda Gamez and the late Augustine Munoz, Juana Herrera, Francisco Munoz, Alejandro Munoz, Juan Munoz, Antonia Gonzalez, Eufemia Munoz and Petra Munoz.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews that he truly loved.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at L. A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home, 2607 Williams Blvd., Kenner on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 500 Minor St., Kenner from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m.  Interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Metairie.  To share memories or condolences, please visit www.muhleisen.com
