SHREVEPORT — Jordan St. Pierre of LaPlace was recently named to the Centenary College Spring 2019 Dean’s list.

A total of 199 students were named to the honor list for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher in 12 or more semester hours taken for a letter grade during the spring semester.

Centenary College of Louisiana is a selective liberal arts college affiliated with the United Methodist Church. Founded in 1825, it is the oldest chartered liberal arts college west of the Mississippi River and is a member of the Associated Colleges of the South.

St. Pierre has been actively involved in St. John the Baptist Parish as a coach for the Belle Terre Piranhas swim team.
