Elucia Marie Stein Duhe passed away on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016.

She was 99, a native of Vacherie and a resident of Reserve.

Duhe was the beloved wife of the late Rodney Duhe; mother of Edward Duhe (Myra), David Duhe and Rodney Duhe Jr.; daughter of the late Elucia Lassere and Louis Stein, Sr.; grandmother of Jennifer Duhe Martin (Chris), Nicholas Duhe (Bonnie), Christopher Cappo (Tammie) and Jason Duhe (Tiffany); and great grandmother of Madelyn Martin, Mallory Martin, Ali Duhe, Aubrey Duhe, Harris Duhe and Connor Cappo.

She was preceded in death by eight siblings.

The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to Cardinal Hospice, especially David Mullins, Kim Milano and Rev. Jimmy Womack for their loving care.

Relatives and friends attended a Funeral Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church in Reserve on Monday, Dec. 26, 2016.

Interment followed in St. Peter Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Millet-Guidry Funeral Home.
