At an official ceremony Thursday at the Port of South Louisiana Executive Regional Airport entrance, the Port unveiled the restored Blue Angels F-11 Tiger Jet Fighter and a new electronic message board, both of which sit at the entrance of the Executive Regional Airport on the corner of Airline Highway and Airport Road in Reserve. The Blue Angels F-11 Tiger Jet Fighter, an original that flew with the U.S. Navy flight demonstration team in 1967, has been on display at the entrance of the airport since the 1990s.
