- Riverside grandparents, from left, Penny Triche and Beverly Jacob recently started decorating the teepee that will be the focal point of the Native American Arts Festival March 17. The teepee was donated by kindergartner Emerson LeBlanc’s parents, Amy and Keith LeBlanc.
