LAPLACE — Fourth and fifth grade students at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School recently participated in Rudolph Breakout Edu sessions.

To ensure their success, Mia Oncale, from left, Kane LeBlanc, Derek Bodungen and Jordan Roberts put their heads together to make sense of the clues and to figure out the codes.
The students had to use clues provided to them in areas around the room to break the codes to unlock four locks to discover which reindeer was missing. They worked in groups of four or five to complete the task, communicating and bouncing ideas off of each other as they deciphered clues and tried different combinations.
Teamwork and determination were necessary for success in this challenging task.
